Before purchasing goods on the tica | copenhagen website you must accept our terms and conditions, and are encouraged to read these. The trade agreement concluded between tica copenhagen and customer when customer have made a purchase on the homepage.


We accept following payment methods on Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB and American Express.

tica | copenhagen charges a standard fee on cardtransactions.

The amount is withdrawn from your account when the goods are shipped from warehouse.

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and wish to pay, you will automatically be redirected to a secure server. From here, all communication between you and the server is encrypted with SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer). This encryption means that no one else on the network can intercept or eavesdrop on the information you type. SSL is the industry standard security. That means tica copenhagen do not store your credit card information.



tica | copenhagen offers the following delivery methods:

Delivery to Danish address:

We only ship to danish addresses excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Expected delivery in Denmark is 1-3 working days. Shipments are preferably delivered in one colli.

Delivery to other address:
UPS - price depends on the specific country. Price is calculated when you have selected delivery country in check out flow.

Unfortunately we do not supply to all countries. The accessible countries are listed when you select shipping address in check out flow.

Delivery abroad depends on the recipient country, but will be between 5-8 days.

Tica | copenhagen holds responsibility for all shipments until costumer have received them.


Exchange and returns

Any product can be exchanged within 14 days after receipt. You pay for the freight of the products returned. Please enclose name and invoice number with the returns as well as information about wich product you request instead.
Should the required product not be in stock, we will credit the amount within 7 days.

Return notice must be given by writing to or calling our customer service +45 4059 4403 weekdays between 10am - 15pm.

Make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of regrets or return.
You can also choose to use our standard regret form and send with the return. The cancellation form can be found here.

You can not undo or regret an order by simply reject the delivery without communicating this to tica I copenhagen.

When returning goods to tica I copenhagen the conditions must similiar to when receiving them:

  • You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the goods nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

  • If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you know the chagrin of purchase only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

So you can not wipe dirty boots on a dirt mat and then regret your purchase and return the mat :-)



Should you regret the purchase, any product can be returned within 14 days from the date you received the product. If you regret your purchase, you must return the product in the same condition, packaging and quantity as when you received it. You pay for the freight of the products that are returned. The total amount paid will be credited your account within 7 days to the credit card used for the transaction.
To ensure that your money is returned quickly, please enclose information about your name and invoice number.



According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act tica I copenhagen provides a complaint right of 24 months on all products.
This means that you as a customer can complaint about errors and defects in the product which have emerged 24 months after the purchase. It is, however, a precondition that these defects have not emerged as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour which has resulted in the defect. If the product is defective, the customer is entitled to require replacement. This means that the customer may require having a new product in replacement of the product that he has made a complaint about. This presupposes that the complaint is legitimate and that the replacement does not result in unreasonable expenses to be paid by tica I copenhagen.
You must make the complaint within reasonable time after you have found the defect. If you make a complaint within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely. We refund reasonable freight charges which you may have in connection with the returning of the product when the complaint is legitimate.

tica | copenhagen take reservations for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold out and force majeure, including labor and defects or delays in deliveries from suppliers. Be aware that the color of the pictures may differ from the actual color due to lighting and display setting.
